Tariq was born in Florida on May 27, 1997 and was a lifelong resident of Crestview, Florida. Tariq was preceded in death by his father, Sebastian Heatley. He is survived by his son, Sebastian Heatley Jr; his mother Netsai Heatley; Cirrone Heatley; and his sister, Annessa McCoy. Flora was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and great-great-grandmother. She was a faithful member of Shady Grove Assembly of God in Baker. On Saturday, December 17th, Janice G Parker, beloved wife and mother, passed away. She was 76 years old, born to Leo and Georgia Getz in Muncie Indiana. Janice moved to Ft Walton Beach FL after the ninth grade where she attended Choctawhatchee High School. She married the love of her life, Frank Parker on December 21, 1968.
